8pm - 12:45am (Doors 7:30pm)
Saturday night begins as all good nights do, with two strangers being handcuffed together in Leith! The farcical dark comedy short, Bound, written and directed by Joe Carter follows the morning of two strangers waking up handcuffed together at the Banana Flats.
Then, actor Tallulah Grieve joins us to introduce the main feature she stars in - Our Ladies - sure to be one of the film hits of the year. Produced in 2019, the film was due to be released in 2020 but was sadly delayed during the pandemic. This riotous Scottish coming-of-age comedy-drama is set in 1996 and follows a group of Catholic school girls as they visit Edinburgh from Fort William for the first time for a choir competition. What could go wrong? Our Ladies was produced and directed by Michael Caton-Jones and based on Alan Warner’s novel The Sopranos.
After the films, we keep the 90s tunes coming with a smashing dance-alicious set from DJ Miss World.
All Tickets are Name-Your-Price on Citizen Tickets. Spaces are limited to allow for social distancing.
