Beats // The Callum Easter TV Special // DJ Joseph Malik w/ Digital Liquid

  • The Biscuit Factory 4-6 Anderson Place Edinburgh, EH6 5NP (map)

8pm - 12:45am (Doors 7:30pm)

Friday night boasts an impressive line-up. Starting with the “Euphoric” film Beats, one of the best Scottish films produced in the last five years - a coming of age film set in 1990s Scotland following two teenagers attending an illegal outdoor rave as a last night out together. The background to the film is a time when the UK government was attempting to curb illegal raves by clamping down on people gathering to hear “music wholly or predominantly characterised by the emission of a succession of repetitive beats.”

After the film, The Callum Easter TV Special takes over with Callum hosting a “Saturday Night Variety Show” filmed in the depths of the gothic city of Edinburgh. Watch how music TV could be, powered by absinthe and love and self-disgust, instead of ego and career. Ramrock Records’ Joseph Malik and Daniel Walls aka Digital Liquid bring the party home with a funk filled DJ set sure to get you up outta your seat.

All Tickets are Name-Your-Price on Citizen Tickets. Spaces are limited to allow for social distancing.
